Arizela "Izola" (Newman) Faison

Mrs. Arizela "Izola" Newman Faison 82 of 265 Autumn Leaf Lane, died Friday, May 19, 2017 at her residence.

Mrs. Faison was born June 19, 1931 in Sampson Co. the daughter of the late, William Ross Newman & Fannie Gertha Peterson Newman.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Faison,  three sisters, Rossie, Allie Marie, Mattie Grace, and five brothers, Monty, Bennie Clyde, Junior Frank, Owen, Early Lee. 

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Big Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church by the Reverend James A. Mitchell.  Burial will follow in the Peterson Cemetery.

Mrs. Faison is survived by four daughters, Patricia Morrisey (Arthur) of Turkey, Doris Harris (John), Cynthia Owens (Kenneth) both of Clinton, Mary Hayes (Ray) of Roseboro, one son, Robert Newman (Barbara) of Garner, one sister Katie Ruth James of Roseboro, 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.

The public will be received on Friday, May 26, 2017 from 1:00P.M.-6:00P.M. with family present from 5:00P.M.-6:00P.M. at Carter Funeral Home in Garland, NC.
