Azra "Shirley" (Fennell) Johnson

Mrs. Azra “Shirley”  Fennell Johnson 81 of 383 Bland School Rd. Harrells, NC, died, Friday, July 21, 2017 at her residence.

Mrs. Johnson was born July 12, 1936 in Sampson Co. the daughter of the late Henry Bryant & Queen Elizabeth Fennell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Prentiss Johnson, on sister, Barbara Bryant, and a brother Charles Bryant.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM. Wednesday July 26, 2017 at Carter Funeral Home.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by two daughters, Alicia Johnson of Harrells, Cherie Johnson of Hampton, Va., two sons, Andre Johnson of Chester, Va., Prentiss Johnson of Harrells, one sister, Joyce Bryant of Teachey, five brothers, James Bryant of Hampton, Va., Charles Bryant, Kenneth Bryant, Anthony Bryant, Michael Bryant all of Chattanooga, TN, and Donald Bryant of Clinton, NC, 8 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
