Donnie Abel Long

Mr. Donnie Abel Long 65 of 138 Delwyn Dr. White Lake, NC, died Monday, October 10, 2016 at his residence.

Mr. Long was born February 04, 1951 in Bladen Co. the son of the late Abel Long and Lolita Bordeaux Long.  He was preceded in death by two sisters, Patsy Long McLaney & Jeanette Oates.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Riverside Baptist Church 5043 NC Hwy. 210 East, Harrells, by Reverend Scott Conner.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Long is survived by his wife, Debra Long, two daughters, Aaron Edwards (Michael) of Clinton, NC Jamie Williams (Grant) of Zebulon, NC, one son Matthew Long (Candace) of Bladenboro, three sisters, Dottie Long of Harrells, NC, Kim L. Johnson (Larry) of Elizabethtown, NC, Winnie Lewis of Harrells, NC, 6 grandchildren, Jake Edwards, Anna Edwards, Gunner Williams, Cale Williams, Kylie Long, William Long.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 15, 2016 from 12:30-1:45P.M. at Riverside Baptist Church Fellowship Center before the service.
