Libie Carnell Vann

Ms. Libie Carnell Vann 54 of 454 E. 35th St. Brooklyn, NY, formerly of Garland, died Sunday, August 06, 2017 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC.

Ms. Vann was born December 04, 1962 in Sampson Co.  She was preceded in death by her father, Livie Vann Jr., brother, Livie P. Vann, a sister Barbara Vann.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Little Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Ms. Vann is survived by one daughter, Latoya Vann of College Park, Ga., one son, Lawrence P. Momern of Brooklyn, NY, husband, Lawrence Momern of Brooklyn, NY, mother, Clyde Helen Vann of Garland, three sisters, Phyllis Vann, Peggy Vann both of Brooklyn, NY, Brenda Vann of Garland, two grandchildren, Tyler Vann, Skylar Vann

The public will be received on Friday, August 11, 2017 from 2:00P.M.-7:00P.M. at Carter Funeral Home and other times at the home of Helen Vann 224 N. Parkersburg Ave., Garland, NC.
