Marion Ray Pate

Mr. Marion Ray Pate 83 of 48 Pilgrim Rest Church Rd. Harrells formerly of Virginia Beach, Va., died Sunday, October 09, 2016 at his residence.

Mr. Pate was born February 25, 1933 in New Hanover Co., the son of the late Edward H. Pate and Myrtle Meshaw Pate. Mr. Pate was veteran.  He was retired auto mechanic with a Ford Motor Co.

Burial will follow in the Colonial Grove Cemetery in Virginia Beach, Va.

The family will receive friends, Wednesday, October 12, 2016 from 6:00P.M.-8:00P.M at Carter Funeral Home in Garland.

Mr. Pate is survived by one son Randy Pate of Indianapolis, In., one sister, Wanda Anders of Harrells, two brothers, Victor Pate of Harrells, Donald Pate of Florida.
