Philip J. Cornwall, Sr.

Mr. Philip J. Cornwall, Sr. 77 of 6650 Oak Grove Lane Stedman, NC died Wednesday June 21, 2017 at the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC.

He was born April 15, 1940 in Buffalo, NY.  He was Veteran of the U.S. Army having served his county in Vietnam.  He retired from UPS as a feeder truck driver. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy “Dottie” Smith Cornwall, Mother, Ellen M. Cornwall.

A graveside service will be held Saturday June 24, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Garland Cemetery in Garland, NC.

Mr. Cornwall is survived by three Daughters: Lisa Meyers (Brad) of Lillington Monica Moore (Scott) of Mechanicsville, Va, Renee Royall (Patrick) of Raeford Son: Philip J. Cornwall, Jr., Wade Best friends, Mark & Joan Cary of Fayetteville Linda & Durant Pruitt of Wade and Gene Smith of Garland, NC  two step sons, Tim Bullard (Jean) of Stedman Donald Bullard of TN 3 step-daughters, Kathy Bentley of Home, Tammy Fox of Myrtle Beach, SC, Karen Levine of Myrtle Beach, SC, Sisters, Nancy Young of Tonawanda, NY, 6 Grandchildren 5 Great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held prior to the service Saturday June 24, 2017 from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM at Carter Funeral of Garland.
