Bennie Stanley Evans

Mr. Bennie Stanley Evans 88 of 2027 George Long Rd. Harrells, died Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at his residence.

Mr. Evans was born April 15, 1930 in Bladen Co., the son of the late Richard S. Evans and Bessie Long Evans.  Mr. Evans was preceded in death by his wife, Susie A. Evans.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 15, 2018 at Riverside Baptist Church, by the Reverend Tim Evans & Reverend Scott Conner and Reverend Joe Wells.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Evans is survived by three daughters, Karen Merritt of Garland, Patricia Evans of Harrells, Anita Taylor of Raleigh, 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1:00P.M.-1:50P.M., Friday, June 15, 2018 in the church fellowship center before the service.
