Ms. Felisha Michelle Council 42 of NC Hwy. 87 W. Tar Heel, died Wednesday, February 01, 2017 at Bladen Co. Hospital in Elizabethtown, NC.

Funeral service will be Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Noon at First New Light Missionary Baptist Church in White Oak, NC with the Pastor Obie L. Worley Sr. officiating.  Burial will follow in the Grimes Cemetery.

Ms. Council is survived by her mother Carolyn Glenn Council of Tar Heel, father Willie Eugene Council of White Oak.  Brothers David Grimes & wife Wanda of Elizabethtown, Donald Grimes & wife Cynthia of Whiteville, Timothy Council of Tar Heel and Tyrone Council of Elizabethtown.  Sisters Geraldine Council and Carolyn D. Council of Tar Heel. 

A public viewing will be Friday February 3, 2017 from 3:00pm until 5:00pm at Carter Funeral Home
