Mrs. Judy Willis Smith 69, of 59 Smith Farm Lane died Sunday, May 07, 2017 at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC.

Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by a son, James Alvin “Al” Smith, brother, Paul Willis, and two sisters, Doris F. Horne, Alice C. Barts.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 09, 2017 at Mintz Baptist Church, by Dr. Robert Hunter.  Burial will follow in the Carter Cemetery in Garland.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, James “Jimmy” Smith Jr., two sons Bryon Smith &Wife (Jojo) of Garland and Nolan Smith & wife (Christy) of Roseboro, brother Steve Willis of Reidsville.  8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 2:00P.M.-2:45P.M., Tuesday, May 09, 2017 at Mintz Baptist Church before the service.
