Conestine Devane

Mr. Conestine DeVane, 73, of 2406 Ivanhoe Road, Ivanhoe, passed away on Sunday, February 04, 2024, at UNC Chapel Hill, in Chapel Hill, NC.

Conestine was born on November 08, 1950, to Louise Mae Carr and James E. DeVane in Sampson County. In addition to his parents, Conestine is preceded in death by his son: Conestine DeVane, Jr. Conestine worked in the Logging Industry for many years as a Truck Driver/Heavy Equipment Operator.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 24, 2024, at  Burgaw Kingdom Hall, 1596 US Hwy 117 S., Burgaw, NC.

Conestine leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved wife: Priscilla DeVane, of the home, two sons: Kevin DeVane of Ivanhoe, and Casey DeVane (Adrian) of Wilmington, one daughter: Victoria Blue Robinson (Gregg) of Harrells, and one sister, Alice J. Vann of St. Pauls.
