Daphne was born June 29, 1951, in Dover Plains, NY, to the late Freddie Cox and Hannah Armstrong.
A Viewing will be held on Friday, September 11, 2026, from 1:00-6:00 PM, with the family present from 5:00-6:00 PM, at Carter Funeral Home, 111 N. Ingold Ave, Garland, NC.
The Funeral Service will be at 1:00 PM, Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Carter Funeral Home, 111 N. Ingold Ave., Garland, NC. Interment to follow at Community Memorial Park on Murphytown Road in Harrells.
