Mr. David (Matt) Matthew Strickland, 24, of 384 Oak Tree Trail, Elizabethtown, died Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Bladen County Hospital in Elizabethtown, NC.

Mr. Strickland was born April 07, 1996 in Robeson County. Mr. Strickland is preceded in death by his sister; Kristina Strickland.

The family will be having a private graveside service.

Mr. Strickland is survived by his parents; Roy Roger Strickland and Laura Kay (Baker) Strickland of Elizabethtown, NC, one brother; Jeremy Strickland of White Oak, NC, one sister; Belynda Lynn Smith and husband Shone of Harrells, NC, and his nieces and nephews; Christopher, Samantha & Mikayla Smith and Kira & Joshua Strickland.
