Gary Winston Padgett

Mr. Gary Winston Padgett, 61, of 509 Birmingham Ave, Carolina Beach, NC, passed away on Monday, December 30, 2024, at his residence.

Gary was born on March 08, 1963, in Baltimore County, MD, to the late Winston & Elzola Padgett. Gary’s greatest loves were: his wife, family, friends, Orioles Baseball, Ravens Football, fishing, and all things country music. Gary enjoyed working for the Ford Dealership for over 30 years as an Auto Parts Manager. 

A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, January 06, 2025, at the White Oak Baptist Church Cemetery, 9724 NC Hwy 53 W., White Oak, NC. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00 PM, before the service at the cemetery.

Gary leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife: Christy Padgett of the home, step-children: Brittany Costin and husband BJ; Gary “Alex” Miller of Wilmington, NC; David Miller of Charleston, SC, grandson: Brayden Miller of Leland, NC, sister: Veona Hicks and husband Dean of Ammon, NC, half-sister: Karen of Florida, niece: Tabitha Harr and husband Allen, great-nephew: William, and nephew: Nicholas Hicks of Ammon, NC, and many friends near and far.
