Mr. Jeffrey Dale Jernigan 30 of 10193 NC Hwy. 41 East, Harrells, NC died Thursday, March 01, 2018 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC.
Funeral service will be held at 4:00 P.M. Monday, March 05, 2018 at Colly Chapel Church by the Reverend Jim Woodruff. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Jernigan is survived by one daughter, Brooke Jernigan of Elizabethtown, one son, "JJ" Jeffrey D. Jernigan of Elizabethtown, Father, Jimmy Dale Jernigan, Step- Mother, Pattie Jernigan of Harrells, mother, Lisa Shaw of Elizabethtown, brother, Jordan Jernigan of Elizabethtown, step-brother, Ronnie Dixon of Fayetteville, three step-sisters, Ginger Grice of Garland, Pamela Gause of Duplin, Stephanie Beasley, Maternal grandparents, Jimmy Jernigan & Dale D. Jernigan of Harrells, Paternal grandmother, Dorothy Shaw of Clarkton.
The family will receive friends Sunday, March 04, 2018 from 6:00P.M.-8:00P.M at Carter Funeral Home in Garland.
