Mr. Kaleel Antwan Chestnutt, 17, of 149 Regan Lane, Autryville died Sunday, August 30, 2020 at Sampson Regional Medical Center, Clinton.

Kaleel was born June 16, 2003 in Duplin County.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, September 05, 2020 at Fennell Memorial Park, Harrells.

Kaleel leaves to cherish his memory: his Daddy; Lekendrick Antwan Chestnutt, his Mother; Anderia Highsmith, seven sisters; KeAusia Chestnutt, Yasmin Chestnutt, LaKeria Chestnutt, MaKyia Chestnutt, MaNyia Delbridge, Kerelle Daniels, Khalani Daniels, four brothers; Jaden Highsmith, Trevon Newkirk, Jaden Pittman, Jordan Pittman, maternal grandparents; Gloriaphene Highsmith & Reginald Burton, paternal grandparents; Ronnell & Diane Chestnutt, 7 aunts; Ashley Highsmith, LaChaundra Highsmith, Valerie Carr, Renee Quick (Kendrick), Melissa Chestnutt, Lacy Chestnutt, Shaminik Chestnutt, 1 uncle; Jonathan Chestnutt.  A special tribute to very special cousins; Dakota Moore (Heavy D), Zyasia Monroe, Malik & Izaya Newton. Kaleel thought all his cousin were special.

A public walk-through viewing will be held on Friday, September 04, 2020 from 1:00 PM-6:00 PM at Carter Funeral Home, Garland.
