Lillie Elorna (Johnson) Boykin

Mrs. Lillie Elorna Johnson Boykin, 90, of 2836 Old Fayetteville Road, Garland, passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at (BCN) Elizabethtown Nursing Center, in Elizabethtown.

Lillie was born August 31, 1933, in Bladen County to the late John and Nolia Johnson. In addition to her parents, Lillie is preceded in death by her siblings: Leonard Johnson, Jessie Johnson, Robert Johnson, Annie Johnson, Bertha Johnson, and Mary J. Autry. Lillie enjoyed a long career as a Nutrition Manager in the Food Service Industry.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 21, 2023, at Pleasant Hill Holiness Church, 2020 Johnsontown Road, Elizabethtown. Interment will follow at Boykin-Herring Cemetery, Davis Road, Garland. Reverend John McCoy will be officiating the service.

Lillie leaves to cherish her memory her beloved husband of 67 years: Leroy Boykin of the home, one son: Lee Boykin of the home, and a host of nieces and nephews.
