Mrs. Peggy Butler Norris, 83, of 2035 Norris Rd., Garland, passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at her residence.
Mrs. Norris was born August 09, 1938 in Sampson Co. the daughter of the late John Homer Butler and Grace Cheshire Butler. She was preceded in death by her husband Milton Ray Norris.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at Parkersburg Baptist Church, by the Reverend JW Melvin. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Norris is survived by three daughters, Beth Coldwell and husband Steve of Garland, Jo Strickland of Garland, Wendy Taylor of Garland, four sisters, and one brother, 6 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at the home after the service.
