Reginald "Fat Boy" Howard, a beacon of joy and laughter, passed away on December 13, 2025, at the age of 39. Born on December 11, 1986, in Clinton, NC, Reggie was known for his radiant smile and unwavering positivity, which brightened the lives of everyone he encountered.
Reggie had a unique ability to find humor in any situation. His great sense of humor shone through in moments spent with friends and family, where he would often play the jokester, turning an ordinary day into a joyful experience. Reggie's laughter was not just a sound; it was a melody that filled the room, creating an atmosphere of warmth and friendship.
An avid fitness enthusiast, Reggie took immense pride in maintaining an active lifestyle. Every morning, he could be found hitting the gym, followed up with a health shake from Corner Spot Nutrition. His commitment to health was just one of the many facets of his vibrant personality that touched those around him. Beyond workouts, he was passionate about creating music. Reggie thoroughly enjoyed writing and producing music with his friends and family. He also had simple pleasures that brought him happiness, like singing in the shower, a habit that only added to the fond memories we cherish.
Reggie had dreams and aspirations, notably his desire to obtain his CDL license, reflecting his determination to achieve his goals. He loved his family deeply, with a special bond to his beloved Mom and Dad, Gordon and Linda Howard, who he credited for shaping the person he had become. Reggie's love extends to his brothers Greg (Shenelle), Jermaine, Jeffrey (Coretta), and Darius.
He was the proud father of two beautiful daughters, Reginae Clarissa Howard and Iyland Renni Rose Howard, who were undoubtedly the apples of his eye. The love he had for his children was immeasurable. Reggie leaves behind a host of cherished family and friends who will forever hold dear the moments shared with him.
Although we mourn the loss of Reggie, we find solace in knowing he is reunited with loved ones who have passed before him, including his cousin, Jimmy Owens Jr., affectionately known as Boo Boo.
In remembering Reginald "Fat Boy" Howard, we celebrate a life filled with laughter, love, and a zest for living that will continue to inspire us all. Though he may no longer walk among us, his memory will live on in the moments we shared and the love he gifted to everyone around him.
