Terry Lee Peterson

Mr. Terry Lee Peterson, 58, of 2783 Hayes Chapel Road, Rose Hill, NC, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2023, at Wake Med Raleigh Campus, in Raleigh, NC.

Terry was born February 15, 1965, in Sampson County to Percy Peterson and his wife, Barbara Anders Peterson. Terry was an Information Technology Specialist with Smithfield for 30 years. He was a Sampson County Community College, Clinton, NC, Alumni. Terry was preceded in death by his father: Percy Peterson.

A Graveside Service will be held at 4:00 PM, Saturday, December 30, 2023, at The Wright Family Cemetery, 98 Old 701 Hwy., Clinton, NC. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the cemetery from 3:00-4:00 PM, officiating the service will be Reverend Tony Harrington, and Pastor Sandra Spell.

Terry leaves to cherish his memory, his mother: Barbara A. Peterson of Rose Hill, special friend: Sallie Smith of Warsaw, two sisters: Gail Peterson of Clinton, Denise Peterson of Rose Hill, two brothers: his identical twin, Jerry Peterson of Hope Mills, Percy Peterson of San Jose, CA, special nieces: Jasmine Peterson of Raleigh, Carla Faison of Clinton, uncles: Perry Peterson (Thira) of Clinton, Jessie Lee Wright (Helen) of Clinton, aunt: Marie Bennett of Bloomfield, CT, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
