Vanessa (Hargrove) Stokes

Ms. Vanessa Hargrove Stokes, 56, of 105 W. North St., went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at Duke-Raleigh Hospital in Raleigh.

Vanessa was born October 15, 1966, in Sampson County to the late David Hargrove, Jr. and his wife Darlene McLymore Hargrove. Vanessa enjoyed serving the community as a CNA in the Health Care Industry for many years.

A Memorial Service will be held at a future date.

Vanessa leaves to cherish her memory, her son: Robert Lee Stokes, Jr., of Roseboro, her sister: Claudia Mathis (Linwood) of Garland, and other relatives and friends.
