Mr. William Robin Rich 69, formerly of Garland, died Wednesday, December 6 , 2017 at Moore County Regional Hospital, Pinehurst, NC
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the Garland Cemetery by the Rev. Danny Rich.
Mr. Rich is survived by several nephews
