Arnold Ray Smith

Mr. Arnold Ray Smith, 55, of 470 N.C. Hwy. 210 W., Garland,  passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.

Mr. Smith was born February 04, 1965 in Sampson County to Charles Amos Smith and Alice Faye Cain Smith. Mr. Smith is preceded in death by his father; Charles Amos Smith and brother; Charles Smith. Mr. Smith had been employed with Barnhill Contracting Company since April of 1998. In his off time he enjoyed hunting and fishing.  

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 07, 2020 at Smith Cemetery, 831 Mote Road, Harrells, NC.

Mr. Smith is survived by his wife; Susan Smith of Garland, two sons; Ray Smith and wife Joy of Kelly, Michael Scott Albertson and wife Jennifer of Fayetteville, mother; Alice Faye Cain Smith of Garland, sister; Melinda Weissinger and husband Herb of Elizabethtown and 7 grandchildren; Hayden Smith, Brooke Smith, Lauren Johnson, Landen Johnson, Kacyee Smith, Aubrie Smith and Holly Smith.
