Mr. Christopher Clem Smith, 39, of 3314 Starboard Way Apt. #304, Fayetteville passed away Monday, August 02, 2021, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
Christopher was born June 30, 1982, to Bruce Clem Smith and Lynne Amaryllis Bryant Grant in Cumberland County. He is preceded in death by his father: Bruce Smith, his maternal grandparents: Thomas and Shirley Bryant and his paternal grandparents: James and Lois Smith. Christopher worked for many years in the Landscaping business.
A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM Friday, August 06, 2021 at Carter Funeral Home in Garland. Interment to follow the service at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery in Garland. The Reverend Richard Smith will be officiating. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at Carter Funeral Home.
Christopher leaves to cherish his memory two sons: Julius C. Smith and James W. Smith, his parents: Joe and Lynne Grant, three brothers: Keith Bryant and wife Erical; Christopher Grant and wife Kathryn; Tim Grant, and two sisters: Brittany Grant and Amanda Grant.
