Jo Ann (Jackson) Collins

Mrs. Jo Ann Collins, 56, of 224 Robin Dr. Elizabethtown, passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.

Jo Ann was born January 13, 1967, in Hampton City County, VA, to the late: Dreyfus O. Jackson and his wife, Ida Mae Cain Jackson.

A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, January 19, 2024, at the Grimes Tatum Cemetery, 5260 Owen Hill Road, Tar Heel, NC. Reverend Arthur Smith will be officiating the service.

Jo Ann leaves to cherish her memory, her husband: Scott Collins of Dublin, brother: Darin Jackson and his wife Annette of Council, sister: Christina Boussias and husband, Georgios of Elizabethtown, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many friends of the community.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 19, 2024, from 2:30-3:00 PM, at the Grimes Tatum Cemetery, prior to the Graveside Service.
