Mrs. June Carter Thomas, 62, of 2750 Helltown Road, Garland, passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at her residence.

June was born December 01, 1959, in Sampson County, to the late John Odie Carter and Daisy Raye Smith Carter. In addition to her parents, June is preceded in death by her husband: Ronnie Thomas, and her brother: John Frank Carter.

All services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

June leaves to cherish her memory one daughter: Takisha Cannon and husband Stanley of Garland, two sons: Wesley Cannon of New Paltz, NY; Robert Seth Thomas of Garland, and two brothers: Robert Dabbs and wife Diane of Garland; Kent Dabbs of Garland, one sister: Carolyn Dabbs of Garland, and three grandchildren: Ijaylah Carmichael; Savannah Carr; and Rihanna Carr.
