Ms. Velma Faye Horne, 77, of 208 Village St. Bladenboro, NC, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at her residence.
Ms. Horne was born December 06, 1942 in Bladen County the daughter of the late Floyd Horne and Bernice Butler Horne. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren; Amanda Bullard and Jamie Feltwell.
A private graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at Community Baptist Church Cemetery, 3107 NC-410, Bladenboro, NC officiated by Reverend Bradley Butler.
Ms. Horne is survived by her children; Debbie Evers Strickland, Floyd Evers, Tammy Evers Thompson all of Bladenboro, one brother; Edward Horne, two sisters; Linda Mintz and Vivian McDaniel all of Bladenboro, grandkids; Jonathan Evers, Kaitlyn Evers, Amber Singletary, Jimmy Lane Evers, Abigail Cook, Corey Gooden, Amelia Gooden, Ethan Gooden, great-grandkids; Autumn Bullard, Ashlyn Bullard, Laney Bullard, Makaylie Hammonds, Razz Willoughby, Kaiden Stanley, Makalynn Bryant and Mallan Gooden.
