I am sorry to hear of Loutricia's passing. Knowing her from school at Garland High School, she was always a very nice and friendly schoolmate, with a great sense of humor. To her brother Gene, please accept my deepest and most heartfelt condolences. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Rest in peace for all eternity in God's loving arms.
